Terms of Service
This is a starter set of terms covering how we work with clients. Replace it with your own reviewed terms before publishing.
Scope of work
Every project begins with a written scope and a fixed price. Work outside that scope is quoted separately and only begins once you approve it. Timelines are agreed up front and depend on feedback and content being supplied promptly.
Payment terms
Projects are typically invoiced in stages — a deposit before work begins and the balance on completion. Ongoing services such as SEO, social media and care plans are billed monthly in advance.
Ownership
On final payment, you own the website, application or system we have built for you, along with the content you supplied. Third-party components and licences remain subject to their own terms.
Support and changes
Every project includes 30 days of post-launch support for issues arising from our work. Ongoing changes, new features and maintenance are covered by a care plan or quoted as needed.
Liability
We provide our services with reasonable skill and care, but we cannot guarantee specific business results, search rankings or revenue outcomes. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the work in question.
